The bot checks every photo's resolution. If it's too low for the size you've chosen, we'll warn you before charging anything. You can choose to print anyway (at your own risk) or pick a smaller size that suits the file.
Yes. For batches of more than a few photos, the bot will give you a web upload link where you can drag-and-drop dozens of photos at once. Much faster than sending them one by one through WhatsApp.
Your photos are stored encrypted, accessed only for printing your order, and deleted from our servers within 30 days of collection. We never share, sell, or look at your photos beyond fulfilling your print job.
Yes — message us! You can pay by card and we'll deliver the prints to your family in Harare. A great way to send a meaningful gift back home.
